# October's Bilt Rent Day Brings Up to a 125% Bonus on Amtrak Transfers

Bilt [added](https://www.pnm.now/icymi-bilt-adds-amtrak-guest-rewards-as-a-transfer-partner/) Amtrak Guest Rewards as a transfer partner earlier this week, and it's already running its first bonus. During Bilt's October Rent Day promotion, Bilt members can get up to a 125% bonus when they transfer points to Amtrak, which normally transfer at a 2:1 ratio.

Bonuses range from 25% to 100% and depend on your Bilt elite tier. Members can also spend $400 in Bilt Cash to move up one bonus tier, which is how top-tier Platinum members get to 125%. The bonus applies to up to 100,000 Bilt points.

Bilt Blue

25% bonus · 1,000 Bilt points = 625 Amtrak points · About 1.67 cents per Bilt point

Bilt Silver

50% bonus · 1,000 Bilt points = 750 Amtrak points · About 2 cents per Bilt point

Bilt Gold

75% bonus · 1,000 Bilt points = 875 Amtrak points · About 2.33 cents per Bilt point

Bilt Platinum

100% bonus · 1,000 Bilt points = 1,000 Amtrak points · About 2.67 cents per Bilt point

Bilt Platinum + Bilt Cash Buy-Up

125% bonus · 1,000 Bilt points = 1,125 Amtrak points · About 3 cents per Bilt point

Amtrak Guest Rewards points are consistently worth nearly 2.5 cents apiece, so this Rent Day promotion can be a great way to stretch your Bilt points if you take the train regularly.
