- Description: Less than 24 hours after launch, US Bank pulled Flying Blue and Qantas from its Altitude Reserve transfer partner list.

Yesterday, I [wrote](https://www.pnm.now/us-bank-transfer-partners-launch/) about US Bank finally turning on transfer partners for Altitude Reserve cardholders after more than a year of delays. That didn't last long: less than a day after launch, Air France-KLM Flying Blue and Qantas Frequent Flyer both disappeared from the transfer menu, leaving just ALL Accor and Ethiopian ShebaMiles.

US Bank hasn't said why, but several reports indicate that transfers to Flying Blue are stalling or failing outright, suggesting an IT issue rather than a deliberate pullback. Some accounts are now showing a "more partners coming soon" message, so this may just be a rocky rollout rather than a permanent cut.

This is a rough start for US Bank, but I expect we'll see Qantas and Flying Blue return as partners after the kinks are worked out. Either way, this shows why testing software is important before you launch it.
