# Earn Up to 8,000 Bonus Points on Hyatt Stays This Summer

Hyatt just announced this summer's bonus points promotion. [Register](https://world.hyatt.com/content/gp/en/offers/global-2k-bonus-points-offer.html?ref=pnm.now) by September 1, and starting with your *second* stay, you'll get 2,000 bonus points for every two eligible nights, capped at 8,000 points.

Eligible nights run from July 1 through September 7 at most Hyatt properties worldwide. Mr. & Mrs. Smith, the Venetian, and Homes & Hideaways are also eligible. Award nights count, and this promotion should stack with other offers.

The catch: your first stay earns nothing, even if you're there for 2+ nights.

You might as well register — it's free and could give you a few thousand points. Just don't rearrange your travel to chase it. I should be able to maximize this promotion with my existing Hyatt stays.
