Amex and Accor's ALL Loyalty Partnership Expands to 12 Countries — But Not the US

American Express and Accor are expanding their partnership. This year, Amex and Accor will add points transfers and status matches to ALL Live Limitless — Accor's loyalty program — in 12 countries. Unfortunately, those of us in the US are still out of luck.

The two companies announced a partnership rolling out in phases through 2026 across:

• Australia
• Austria
• Canada
• France
• Germany
• Hong Kong
• Italy
• Japan
• Mexico
• New Zealand
• Singapore
• United Kingdom

The US isn't on that list, and Amex hasn't signaled it's coming just yet. Eligible Platinum cardholders in these 12 markets get an elite status match to ALL Gold — which includes free Wi-Fi, welcome amenities, late checkout, and room upgrades when available — plus a new option to transfer Membership Rewards points to ALL, with conversion ratios set to vary by country.

This partnership is live in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and the UK. The rest are set to roll out later this year.

Andrew's Take

It's not surprising to see Amex and Accor partner up, especially with Accor's recent push to add more credit card partners. However, I'm surprised the US isn't included, given Accor's existing relationships with Bilt, Capital One, and Citi. I don't think it will be too long before this partnership expands stateside.
