Chase is offering a 20% bonus on Ultimate Rewards transfers to Air Canada Aeroplan through September 30, 2026. Aeroplan has no fuel surcharges, a reasonable award chart, and a wide range of partner airlines.

If you also carry the Aeroplan® Credit Card, this gets more interesting. That card's own 10% transfer bonus (on transfers of 50,000+ Chase points, capped at 25,000 bonus Aeroplan points a year) stacks on top of Chase's promo, pushing the total bonus to 30%.

Aeroplan cardholders can also redeem points against travel and annual fee charges through Pay Yourself Back at 1.25 cents apiece. Layer the transfer bonus on top of that, and Chase points are effectively worth 1.625 cents each toward travel — with a 200,000-point annual cap on Pay Yourself Back redemptions.

Chase has run an Aeroplan transfer bonus roughly twice a year since adding the program as a partner, with most offers landing at 20%.

I like this one — especially for business class flights from the East Coast to Europe. These awards cost 60,000 points on airlines like Lufthansa and Swiss, so it only costs you 50,000 Chase points with the 20% bonus, and if you're stacking the Aeroplan Card's 10% on top, that price drops to roughly 46,000. As always, however, only transfer when you've got a plan to use the points immediately.
