Andrew's Take

You can ignore the Amex or Chase to Marriott bonuses — transferring points to Marriott is rarely a good deal. Meanwhile, Amex to Flying Blue and Avianca can make sense for booking business class flights abroad, and Citi to Qatar can make sense if you're looking to fly its famous Qsuite business class. As always, don't transfer points unless you've already found a flight or hotel you want to book.
