Until recently, without a Wells Fargo Premier relationship, you weren’t eligible for the Wells Fargo Premier Autograph Visa Infinite card. But that may no longer be the case.

According to Frequent Miler, members of its Facebook group have spotted an offer for the Premier Autograph card inside their regular Wells Fargo online banking accounts. One reader found it as a banner while logged into a Choice Privileges Mastercard account. Meanwhile, another stumbled on it by navigating to "open an account," then "credit cards" in the mobile app. Both applied, got approved, and still saw the hefty 100,000-point welcome bonus.

Unfortunately, it's not universal. Frequent Miler's team checked their Wells Fargo accounts and came up empty, which suggests this is a targeted offer rather than a wide rollout.

Check for this offer now, not later. These types of offers tend to disappear once word gets around, and this one's already spreading. The card itself could be worthwhile if you're targeted. It has a stronger welcome offer than the Autograph Journey, a Global Entry credit, and upgraded travel protections.
